Two different jobs
UrbanPiper says it lets you manage orders from Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, Talabat and other delivery apps from your existing POS, with menu and stock updates pushed to every channel and one reporting dashboard. It is not a POS. You keep the POS you have and add UrbanPiper on top.
Piatto Pro is the POS and the ERP: counter billing, kitchen, stock, accounts and multi-branch in one system. Delivery-app orders arrive in that same system, so there is no extra layer to connect.
Which one fits
If you are happy with your POS and only need delivery apps connected, UrbanPiper is built for that. It also says it is used by more than 40,000 restaurants. If you are choosing or replacing a POS, Piatto Pro gives you orders, billing, stock and books in one place, with published prices.
