To cover the full scope of managing a restaurant and business, we created certain add-ons which customers can avail via online payment gateway. Below are the Terms and Conditions for the same.

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline your legal rights and responsibilities in connection with the use of the website at www.erp.piattopro.com and www.piattopro.com (the “Site”) and the related mobile or software applications (the “App”) by Corrazóne Panadans CUSAT, Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala, the creators of Piatto Pro (“Piatto Pro”, “we”, “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and License Agreement. If you disagree, please discontinue use. For queries, refer to the Contact section.

Definitions

“Services” include business applications such as Feedback Management and Waiting Queue Management, which are integrated with Piatto Pro POS. “Content” includes visual elements, code, data and other materials we create, excluding Your Content and third-party content. “Your Content” or “User Content” includes reviews, photos, customer data and any materials you upload to the Services.

General rules relating to conduct

You may only use the App for lawful, personal purposes. Do not use the App to break the law, gain unauthorised access, or reverse-engineer it. You agree to indemnify Piatto Pro for any misuse or illegal activity performed using the App.

Intellectual property rights and content

We own all intellectual property in the Services and Content. You may not reuse or distribute them without permission. By submitting Your Content, you grant Piatto Pro an irrevocable license to use it. You are solely responsible for your submissions and their legality. Third-party content and services accessed through the App are not under our control, and we are not responsible for them, use them at your own risk.

Free trial and fees

You may receive a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and the trial simply ends after 14 days unless you choose a paid plan. Fees are non-refundable and may change over time.

Privacy policy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you accept the terms of that policy.

Disclaimer / liability

The App is provided “as is” and we disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for technical issues, user equipment damage, or indirect losses. If we are liable, our total liability will be limited to your app purchase or subscription fees.

Service suspension

Piatto Pro reserves the right to suspend or stop any App-related services without notice or liability.

Advertisers in the App

We are not responsible for third-party ads in the App. If you engage with advertisers, it is at your own risk.

General

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Piatto Pro. We may update them at any time; continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms. All notices will be delivered electronically. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and jurisdiction lies with the courts in Kochi, Kerala. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder will still apply. Piatto Pro’s failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
