This policy explains how free trials, fees and cancellations work for Piatto Pro subscriptions, and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

Free trial

You may receive a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and you are not charged when the trial ends. It stops after 14 days unless you choose a paid plan. This lets you evaluate Piatto Pro fully before you pay.

Fees

Subscription fees are non-refundable and may change over time. Where fees have been billed for a period, they are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it and make it right.
